Overview

This website is operated by ATHAK TECHNOLOGY, A10, Shivay Campus, Behind Heaven Party Plot, Canal Road, Kosmada, Surat - 395013, Gujarat, India. It is a static, informational website: browsing it does not create an account, and no purchase or payment is processed on this site. Information is collected only when you choose to submit one of the enquiry forms on this site (for example on the Request a Quote, Contact, Export Inquiries, Dealers & Distributors, or Download Catalogue pages).

Information We Collect

When you submit a form, ATHAK collects the information you enter into that form. Depending on which form and which optional fields you fill in, this may include: your name and phone number (always required), and any of company name, WhatsApp number, email address, city, state, country, business type, the machine you're interested in, required capacity, and any message or requirement you write.

The site also automatically captures a small amount of marketing attribution alongside your submission — UTM parameters, the page that referred you, your landing page, and the page you submitted the form from. This is held temporarily in your browser's session storage and is sent together with your form submission; it is not collected independently of a form submission.

How Your Information Is Used and Stored

Form submissions are sent directly from your browser to a Google Apps Script Web App, which appends each submission as a row in a private Google Sheet that ATHAK's team uses to track and respond to enquiries. There is no separate ATHAK server or database in between — this is a fully static website. Your information is used only to respond to the enquiry you submitted, using the contact method you provided or indicated a preference for.

ATHAK retains enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to and manage that enquiry. Because submissions are stored in a Google Sheet, Google's own security and privacy practices for Google Workspace/Sheets also apply to how that data is hosted.

Cookies and Analytics

This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies by default. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and/or Google Tag Manager (GTM) are built into the site but are disabled by default — nothing loads and no data is sent to Google Analytics unless ATHAK configures a real measurement ID or container ID for this site. If your browser has "Do Not Track" enabled, analytics stays disabled regardless of configuration.

Third Parties

Submitting a form sends your information to Google (via the Apps Script Web App and Google Sheets described above). Clicking a WhatsApp link on this site takes you to WhatsApp, and clicking the Instagram or Google Maps links takes you to those respective services — each is governed by that provider's own privacy policy once you leave this site.

Your Choices

You are never required to fill in more than your name and phone number to submit a form — every other field is optional. To ask a question about this policy, or to request that ATHAK remove information you've submitted from its records, contact ATHAK at [email protected] or +91 98986 62041.
